Brenda Lee hat mich von Anfang an fasziniert, die Stimme, die Erscheinung,
Liebe auf den ersten Blick, auf das erste Hinhören.

Mein absoluter Favorit von dieser so winzigen und doch so grossen Sängerin:

          "LET'S JUMP THE BROOMSTICK".

Relativ unbekannt, ein genial rockiges Lied.

       I remember that I heard this fascinating voice and I fell
       in love with the girl singing quite a lot of lovely songs,
       some were Rock and some were ballads, a wonderful
       mixture, a great talent. I bought a lot of her music
       and I'm glad to have a DVD with a complete concert of
       Brenda in my collection.

Dieses noch gar nicht so alte Foto zeigt einmal mehr, wie klein Brenda wirklich ist. Zugegebenermaßen muß gesagt werden, daß der Herr an ihrer Seite etwas größer als normal ist, dennoch . . .

and "Dum Dum" very much, but my personal BRENDA LEE FAVORITE is:
